Ice Prince tasks upcoming artistes on ‘collab’ with Top Artists

Popular hip-hop artiste and actor, Panshak Zamani, also known as Ice Prince, has advised upcoming artistes in Nigeria to try their hands on ‘collaborating with other artistes’, particularly the established ones, as this would help in projecting them to limelight.
Addressing over 500 students in the Prince Alexandria Auditorium, University of  Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), in Enugu State, during the “NEXT U” Programme, Ice Prince, who declared that he believes in collaboration with other artistes,  said “because collaboration helps to project the upcoming artistes."
“NEXT U”, a PAL Pensions-initiated programme,  is a financial literacy and employability training to students in Nigerian universities aimed at equipping them to be prudent with their finances in order to actualize their visions.

The “NEXT U” initiative is meant to , if possible, reach out to all undergraduates in all the universities in the country.

The famous rapper set the auditorium ‘ablaze’ as he was ushered in to address the undergraduates, who welcomed him with cheering, clapping,  and hand-shakes. He, however, struggled to the podium from where he spoke to the students on how they could become “focused and successful in life by saving money to actualise their dreams.”

He said: “It’s not easy for anybody in the beginning of one’s career whether you are into music, academics, trading or any other thing.”

Speaking further, he added “I am one of the very few artistes that owns a house in Lagos. What it takes is to cultivate the culture of saving money and investing it in something useful. If money is coming in and you keep spending it without investing, you may lose at last.”
